*A Note About Digital Photos
When ordering from us, please remember that all digital photos that you submit need to be high resolution. Lower resolution photos may appear fine on the screen (@ 72 dpi) but will not produce well when we print them at 300 dpi.Take a look at your digital photos size. If it is 1800 x 1200 pixels or larger, then that is adequate for most printing situations. Files smaller than that are low resolution, and will produce disappointing results.
*A Note About PDF Files
We prefer to print newsletters from PDF files. PDF stands for Portable Document File, and is the preferred file type for printing because no fonts or other linked image files are needed to print the document properly. Printing from other formats, such as Word, Corel Draw or Publisher, can cause many problems with fonts and images. To learn how to convert your files to a PDF file, click here. We can convert your file for you for a small fee, but results depend heavily on how your file is set up and which fonts you used. It is much easier if you convert the file yourself, as we cannot guarantee success if we do it for you. |
