1) WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO GET STARTED?
Once you have decided what type and size card you
want, all you need to do is send us your photograph, slide, negative
and any logos you want to include, along with the information you
want to appear on your card. You can sketch out how you want your
card to look if you would like. Remember, our deluxe cards are two
sided, so you have room to include a lot of information if you would like.
2) WHAT IF WE ARE NOT SURE WHAT WE WANT OUR CARDS
TO LOOK LIKE?
That’s ok. Click on the DESIGNS link for a
few ideas. You can also scroll through the SAMPLES pages for other
ideas. Once you have an idea of what you would like, send along
your information, and one of our professional designers will come
up with a proof for your review. You can also leave the designing
completely up to our discretion if you prefer.
3) DO WE HAVE THE CHANCE TO VIEW THE CARDS BEFORE
THEY ARE PRINTED?
Absolutely. We will provide you with a full color
proof for you to review. Once we have
received your approval, we will begin printing. This gives
you a chance to make any corrections you would like.
4) CAN WE SEND YOU DIGITAL PHOTOS OR DIGITAL FILES?
Yes, you can. You can e-mail them to us or send
them on a disk (floppy or CD-ROM). Now you can even upload your
files using our UPLOAD FILES feature. We
can read just about any type of file, PC or Mac.
5) HOW DO WE PAY FOR OUR MISSIONARY CARDS?
You can send along a deposit or full payment when
you place your order, or pay later. All prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa & Master Card.
6) DO YOU HAVE OTHER SIZES OR QUANTITIES AVAILABLE?
If you have something in mind other than what’s
listed here, give us a call. We can help you out with a customized printing quote.
7) CAN MISSIONARYCARDS.COM HELP ME WITH OTHER
FUND RAISING MATERIALS, LIKE BROCHURES?
Yes, we sure can. We share office and production facilities with our sister companies, so we can offer a full range of printing services, including brochures, envelopes, business cards, letterhead, presentations and just about any other printing project you can think of. 8) ARE LARGE QUANTITY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR
LARGE MISSIONS ORGANIZATIONS?
Yes. Call us with the details, and we will be willing
to work on a pricing structure for your organization.
9) IF WE MAIL YOU OUR PHOTOGRAPH, WILL WE GET
IT BACK?
Yes. Your photo or negative will not be damaged
in any way and will be returned to you with you completed order.
10) DO YOU HAVE MAPS AND FLAGS REPRESENTING DIFFERENT
COUNTRIES FROM AROUND THE WORLD THAT WE COULD INCLUDE ON OUR CARDS?
Yes, we do. Let us know if you want us to include
this type of artwork on your card. The back of your card is a great
place to put a map showing where you will be serving.
11) IS A “RUSH SERVICE” AVAILABLE,
IF WE ARE REALLY PRESSED FOR TIME?
Yes, it is. Please call for pricing and availability.
12) WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING OVERSEAS?
We can ship your completed order overseas if you
would like, although we do not recommend it. Shipping overseas is much more costly. Please call us for a quote
on shipping to foreign countries.
13) WHAT ABOUT RE-ORDERS?
We would be happy to print re-orders for you. Re-orders
with no change to the original cards are 15% less than the list
price. Re-orders with minor changes to the cards are 10% lower than
the list price. |
